3.3 Pricing and Payments

Partners receive wholesale pricing and set their own client pricing. Payment terms will be outlined in separate partnership agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and technology platforms
• AI models, algorithms, and training data
• Text, graphics, logos, and design elements
• Training content and educational materials

are owned by Akasi Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 White-Label Rights

Partners may rebrand certain services under white-label agreements, subject to specific terms and limitations outlined in partnership contracts.

4.3 Client Data

You retain all rights to your client data. We claim no ownership over content you or your clients upload to our systems.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect user information without consent

6. Data Privacy and Security

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKASI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akasi Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
